 2. Candidates are required to apply Online by logging on to the website http://www.dda.org.in. Detailed instructions for filling up online applications are available on the above mentioned website. The candidates must go through these instructions carefully and follow them.
3. The candidate is required to upload a scanned (digital) image of his/her recent photograph (less than 100 KB) and signature (less than 50 KB) after submission of the application form online. In addition, SC/ST/PwD candidates are required to upload the caste certificate/Medical disability certificate issued by the competent authority. No other documents needs to be uploaded.
4. The applicants are advised to submit only single application; however, if due to any unavoidable situation, if he/she submits another/multiple applications, then he/she must ensure that application with the higher Registration ID (RID) (i.e. the application which is registered later) is complete in all respects like applicants’ details, photograph, signature etc. The applicants who are submitting multiple applications should note that only the applications with higher RID shall be entertained by the DDA.
5. All candidates, whether already in Government service, Government owned industrial Undertakings or other similar organisations or in private employment shall require to submit NOC from their present employer before issue of offer/appointment letter.
6. Persons already in Government service, whether in a permanent or temporary capacity or as work charged employees other than casual or daily rated employees or those serving under the public enterprises are however, required to submit an undertaking that they have informed in writing to their Head of Office/Department that they have applied for Recruitment in DDA.
