86- Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (HPPSC) Recruitment Details:
Medical Officer: 50 Posts
Pay Band: Rs.15600/- -Rs.39100/- + Rs.5400/- (G.P.)
Age Limit: Bellow 45 Years.
Qualification:
Essential Qualification=>
1. Recognized Medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or Part-II of the third schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. The holders of educational qualification included in Part-II of the third schedule should fulfill the conditions stipulated in subsection (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
2. Completion of compulsory rotating internship.
Desirable Qualifications=>
1. Post Graduate Degree or Diploma included in the first or second Schedule or Part-II of the third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. The holders of educational qualification included in part-II of the third schedule should fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
2. A post graduate qualification from a recognized institution as mentioned in Appendix-A.
3. Knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh.
Assistant Engineer: 17 Posts
Fixed contractual emoluments: Rs.21,000/- per month
Age Limit: 18-45 Years.
Educational Qualification:
Essential Qualification=> Must possess a degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent from an Institution / University duly recognized by the Central / State Government.
Desirable Qualification=> Knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh.
Professor: 05 Posts.
Pay Band: Rs.37400/- - Rs.67000/- + Rs.10,000/- (Grade Pay)
Age Limit: 45 years and below.
Qualification=>
Essential Qualification(s)=>BE / B. Tech. and ME / M. Tech. in the relevant branch of Engineering with First Class or equivalent either in BE / B. Tech. or ME / M. Tech. and Ph.D. or equivalent in the appropriate discipline. Post Ph.D. publication and guiding Ph.D. students is highly desirable. If a class/division is not awarded, minimum of 60% marks in aggregate shall be considered equivalent to first class/ division. If a Grade Point System is adopted the CGPA will be converted.
Experience=> Minimum of 10 years teaching /research/industrial experience out of which at least 5 years should be at the level of Associate Professor. Or Minimum of 13 years experience in teaching and / or Research and /or Industry. In case of research experience, good academic record and books/research paper publication/ IPR/ patents record shall be required as deemed fit by the expert members of the Selection Committee. If the experience in industry is considered, the same shall be at managerial level equivalent to Associate Professor with active participation record in devising/ designing, planning, executing, analyzing, quality control, innovating, training technical book/ research paper publications/IPR/ patents, etc. as deemed fit by the expert members of the Selection Committee.

Assistant Professor: 12 Posts.

Desirable Qualification=>Knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of H.P. and suitability for appointment in peculiar conditions prevailing in the state.
Divisional Fire Officer/ Fire Prevention Officer: 01 Posts.
Pay Band: Rs.10,300/- - Rs.34,800/- + Rs.4,200/- (Grade Pay)[Fixed Contractual amount: Rs.14,500/- p.m.]
Age Limit: Between 18 and 45 years
Qualification=>
Essential Qualification=> B.E. (Fire Engineering) Degree from the National Fire Service College, Nagpur. Or (I) At least graduate from a recognized University or its equivalent and should have passed Divisional Officer’s course from the National Fire Service College, Nagpur. (II) Should have served as Station Fire Officer at least 3 years run by the State Govt. / Central Govt./ Public Sector Undertaking/ Municipal Committees.
Desirable Qualification=> Knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh.

H.P./ Visually Impaired of H.P candidates are not to be given Examination fees.
Mode of Payment:-
Candidates can pay requisite Examination Fee either through ‘e-Challan’ or through ‘e-Payment’ option.
1. The candidates can deposit the requisite examination fees at any branch of Punjab National Bank through an ‘e-Challan’ generated through the website of the Commission, i.e. www.hp.gov.in/hppsc. Thereafter, the candidates are required to visit again the above mentioned website to access the home page of the “ONLINE APPLICATION FILING SYSTEM” by entering User ID and password earlier created by the candidates on or before21/06/2016. Click on “FEE DETAILS” and enter the details of “Branch Code/ Name, Transaction Number and Date of deposit” & then click on “Update Fee Details.”
2. The candidates can also pay requisite examination fees through Debit or Credit Card of any Bank. Before applying online, all candidates are advised to go through detailed instructions given on the above mentioned website.
