Educational Qualification:
1. Administrative cum Accounts Officer=> Bachelor of Commerce Degree from a recognised University securing not less than 50% marks in aggregate,

3. Librarian=> Degree in Library Science from a recognised University/ Graduation with Diploma in Library Science from recognised University with relevant experience.

Age Limit:
1. Administrative cum Accounts Officer=> should not be exceeding 50 years as on 01-07-2016
2. Office Superintendent=> should be 35 years as on 01-07-2016
3. Librarian=> should be 30 years as on 01-07-2016
However the upper age limit relaxation will be given by 5 years to SC, ST, departmental candidates and for other specified categories as per the Govt. rules.

Applicants are required to pay the application fee of Rs. 500/- and Rs. 300 in case of SC/ ST candidates for posts no. 2 & 3 by means of DD drawn in favour of Principal IHM, Lucknow.

Selection Procedure:
1. Method of Recruitment: -By transfer on deputation of officers holding analogous posts under C & AG//CGA/ National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology/ officers from any other Central/ State Institute of Hotel Management/ Food Craft Institute/ other autonomous bodies and PSUs. The deputation will be initially for a period of two years.
2. Candidates' selection will be made on the basis of written test for Posts no. 2 & 3.
