For Technician: Diploma/ Degree in Radiotherapy Technology course or equivalent with 2-3 years experience in operating Radiotherapy equipment in an established centre.
For Lower Division Clerk (LDC): Passed class 12th or equivalent examination with typing speed of 35 w.p.m in English or 30 w.p.m in Hindi on Computer.

Age Limit:
For Technician  : 18-30 Years
For Lower Division Clerk (LDC) : 18-27 Years

Pay Scale:
For Technician  : PB-3 Rs. 9300 - 34800 /- + Grade Pay  Rs. 4200/-
For Lower Division Clerk (LDC) : PB-2  Rs. 5200 - 20200 /-  + Grade Pay  Rs. 1900/-
