Eligible Criteria For AP Police Recruitment 2016:
Educational Qualification:
Candidates those who are applying for these posts should have passed Intermediate or its equivalent examination recognised by the State Government.
Age Limit:
Candidates hose who want to apply for the posts no. 1 & 2 should have attained the age of 18 years and no more than 22 years as on 01-07-2016 i.e must have been born not earlier than 02-07-1994 and not later than 01-07-1998 and for posts no. 3 & 4 should have attained the age of 18 years and not more than 30 years as on 01-07-2016 i.e must have been born not earlier than 02-07-1986 and not later than 01-07-1998. However the upper age limit relaxation will be given by 5 years to Backward Class/ Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/ Employee of A.P and Other Candidates as per the Govt. rules.
Application Fee:
Candidates those who belong to OCs/ BCs category are required to pay fee of Rs. 300/- and Rs. 150/- for SCs/ STs towards Applications Processing & Examination by Mee Seva (e-Seva)/ AP Online/ TS Online in favour of Chairman, State Level Police Recruitment Board, Andhra Pradesh.
Selection Procedure:
Candidates' selection will be made on the basis of their performance in Preliminary Written Test, Physical Measurements Test (PMT)/ Physical Efficiency Test (PET) & final written examination.
