Pay Scale : Rs.5200-20200/-+ Grade Pay : Rs.2800/-

Age Limit : 18 to 40 years (As on 01.07.2016)

Educational Qualification :
Candidates must have Intermediate with science and Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) recognized by State Madical Faculty Lucknow or Equivelent.

Application Fee : Candidates are requested to submitted fee through SBI -E-collect Only.
1. For Unreserved (General) & OBC Category : Rs.185/-
2. For SC/ST Category : Rs.95/-
3. For PWD Category : Rs.25/-

Selection Process : Selection will be through Written Test & Interview.
