Eligible Criteria for Rajya Sabha Secretariat Recruitment 2016:
Educational Qualification:
Candidates those who are applying for these Posts should have passed Matriculation with valid Commercial LMV/HMV licence, Master's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, Certificate in computer course recognized by AICTE/DOEACC or courses equivalent to 'O' level in terms of syllabus and duration of course as prescribed by DOEACC, typing speed of 40 WPM in English & Shorthand speed of 160 WPM in English and candidates please refer official recruitmnt notification for Post wise educational qualification.
Age Limit:
Candidates those who want to apply for the Posts of Junior Parliamentary Interpreter (English/Hindi), Junior Parliamentary Interpreter (Assamese), Junior Parliamentary Interpreter (Marathi), Junior
Parliamentary Interpreter (Urdu), Translator and Junior Proof Reader should be in between 18 years to 30 years and for remaining Posts in between 18 years to 27 years as on the closing date of the online application. However the upper age limit relaxation will be given to SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Ex-servicemen and candidates those who are in Govt. Service or in service of the Lok Sabha Secretariat as pr the Government of India rules.
Application Fee:
Candidates are required to pay the application fee of Rs. 100/- per Post applied for plus Rs.60/- towards Bank charges through Fee Payment Challan containing candidate's registration number generated after the final submission of the online application.
