• Medical Officer: 07 posts
• Operator-Cum-Technician (Trainee): 24 posts
• Mining Foreman: 31 posts
• Mining Mate: 60 posts
• Surveyor (Mines): 04 posts
• Para-Medical Staff: 27 posts
• Junior Assistant (Trainee): 15 posts

Eligible Criteria For SAIL Kolkata Recruitment 2016:

Educational Qualification:

• Candidates those who are applying for these posts should have MBBS, Degree in Pharmacy, Diploma in Engineering, ITI in relevant trade/ Discipline, Matriculation with valid Mining Mate Certificate, B.Sc. in Radiography, B.Sc.(Nursing), B.Sc. in Medical Lab Technology,B.Sc. with Diploma in ECG, B.Sc. in Dentistry, Graduation with one year diploma in computer application from a recognized Institution/ University. Candidates please refer official rcruitment notification for post wise educational qualification.

Age Limit:

• Candidates those who are applying for these posts their upper age limit is 28 years as on 31-08-2016. However the upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years to SC / ST and by 3 years to OBC candidates. Ex-servicemen candidates will be granted age relaxation as per the Govt. rules.

Application Fee:

• Candidates are required to pay the application fee of Rs. 500/- for the post of Medical Officer, Rs. 150/- for the post of Mining Mate and for remaining posts Rs. 250/- through SBI Challan. However the candidates of SC / ST / PWD / ESM category are exempted from paying the Application/Processing fees.

Selection Procedure:

• Candidates' selection will be made on the basis of their performance in Written examination, Skill Test, Trade Test and Interview.
