Educational Qualification:
1. Master’s Degree in a relevant subject from an Indian University, with at least 55% marks (50% marks for SC/ST/PWD/OBC) or an equivalent grade B in 7 point scale wherever grading system is followed.
2. Candidates should have qualified National Eligibility Test (NET) / State Level Eligibility Test (SLET) / State Eligibility Test (SET) (not applicable for the candidates having Ph. D. Degree).
Note: Candidates must have proficiency, spoken and written, to communicate effectively in Hindi & English.
Candidates must have ability to read, write and speak in Bengali (Not applicable to the candidates whose mother tongue in Nepali).
Age Limit: Maximum-37 years as on 01.01.2017.
Pay Scale: Rs.15,600 – Rs.39,100 plus Academic Grade Pay of Rs. 6,000/-.

1. Selection of the candidates will be through Screening Test/Written Test and Interview.
