Pay Scale: Rs.9,300 - 43,800 & Grade Pay Rs.4,600
Eligible Criteria For GPSC Recruitment 2016:
Educational Qualification:
Candidates those who are applying for these posts should have Post Graduation Degree in Fisheries Science or Master Degree in Science with one of subject Fisheries Resources Management, Aquatic Biology, Mari culture, Post Harvest Technology, Marine Science, Zoology or 02 year Post Graduation diploma in Fisheries Science obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India with relevant experience.
Age Limit:
Candidates those who want to apply for these posts their age should not be more than 40 years as on the last date of application. However the upper age limit relaxation will be given by 5 years to S.T & S.E.B.C Unreserved Economically Weaker Section Category, Women Candidates belonging to S.C Category & Unreserved Category.
Application Fee:
Candidates are required to pay the application fee of Rs. 100/- for General Category by Online using Net Banking, Card Payment or by challan/ e-receipt obtained. However there is no application fee for Unreserved Economically Weaker Section, Reserved Category of Gujarat State & candidates who is physically disable candidates.
Selection Procedure:
Candidates' selection will be made on the basis of their performance in preliminary test & interview.
