Name of the Posts and No. of Vacancies Details:
1. Head Constable (Pioneer): 02 Posts [UR-02].
2. Head Constable (Carpenter/Mason): 01 Posts [ST-01].
3. Head Constable (Fitter / Blacksmith): 02 Posts [UR-02].
4. Constable (Sewarman): 01 Posts [UR-01].
Pay Scale:
For Head Constable Pay Band-1 Rs.5200-20200/- + GP Rs.2400/-
For Constable Pay Band-1 Rs.5200-20200/- + GP Rs.2000/-
Educational Qualification:
Applicants those who are applying for those Posts should have passed Matriculation or Trade wise passed by those particular Institute.
Age Limit: 18-25 Years & Age Relaxation is applicable for different categories as per the rules of the Government.
Application Fee:
Applicants are required to pay the application fee of Rs. 50/- for general & OBC by means of demand Draft drawn in favour of paybale at post office (the post office list are given in the Notification). However there is no application fee for SC/ ST/ BSF candidates & Ex-Servicemen.
Selection Procedure:
Candidates' selection will be made on the basis of two phases
1. First Phase:
a. Written Examination (OMR Based Screening Test)
b. Descriptive Test
2. Second Phase:
a. Preliminary Screening Test
b. Physical Efficiency Test
c. Verification of Original Documents
d. Final Medical Examination by BSF Medical Officer
