1. STENOGRAPHER GRADE III (GRADE C)


  • No. of Vacancies: 08 Nos. (UR-03, SC-02, OBC-03)
  • Educational Qualification: Candidates should have typing speed of 80%wpm in short hand and minimum speed of 30wpm in typing from a legible manuscript in English for 10 minutes and also at least a certificate in Computer Training from a recognized Institution and a satisfactory fingering speed in Computer Operation are required.
  • Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-40 years as on 01/07/2017.
  • Pay Scale: Rs.7100 – Rs.37600 and Grade Pay Rs.3900/-


2. LOWER DIVISION CLERK


  • No. of Vacancies: 26 Nos. (UR-12, SC-08, ST-02, OBC-04)
  • Educational Qualification: Madhyamik or equivalent examination from any recognized board and at least a certificate in computer training from a recognized Institution and a satisfactory fingering speeding in Computer Operation.
  • Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-40 years as on 01/07/2017.
  • Pay Scale: Rs.5400 – Rs.25200 and Grade Pay Rs.2600/-


3. PROCESS SERVER


  • No. of Vacancies: 06 Nos. (UR-03, SC-02, OBC-01)
  • Educational Qualification: Madhyamik or equivalent examination from any recognized board and at least a certificate in computer training from a recognized Institution and a satisfactory fingering speeding in Computer Operation.
  • Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-40 years as on 01/07/2017.
  • Pay Scale: Rs.5400 – Rs.25200 and Grade Pay Rs.2600/-



4. GROUP D (PEON / NIGHT GUARD / FARASH / GARDENER / SWEEPER)


  • No. of Vacancies: 49 Nos. (UR-27, SC-11, ST-03, OBC-08)
  • Educational Qualification: Candidate must have class VIII pass certificate form any recognized School or Institution.
  • For the post of Sweeper/ Gardener, the candidates must have capacity of reading and writing.
  • However, for the post of Gardening a certificate is required regarding the experience of the candidates in gardening.
  • Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-40 years as on 01/07/2017.
  • Pay Scale: Rs.4900 – Rs.16200 and Grade Pay Rs.1700/-


Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.

  • Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test, Typing Test and Viva-Personality Test.

Candidates must pay Rs.150/- (Rs.75/- for SC,ST)(Rs.250/- for Stenographer Grade III and Lower Division Clerk (Rs.200/- for SC/ST candidates) as Application Fee. Fee can be paid through Online mode during submission of online application form by using Debit/Credit card or Net banking OR can be paid through Bank by means of fee payment Challan.   • Candidates belonging to the reserved catergory of state other than West Bengal, will be treated as General Candidates.
  • Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen.
