Pay Scale:
For Post(I to V ): Rs.15600/- -Rs.39100/- + GP
For Post(VI to VII ): Rs.9300/- -Rs.34800/- + GP

Age limit: 21 - 30 years as on 01-01-2016. Age relaxation to the reserved category candidates will be applicable as per govt rules.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates must have passed Master’s Degree from a recognized University in the relevant subject with at least by 55% marks (50% for ST/SC) with qualify National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by UGC/SLET/SET for Assistant Professor Posts, Master’s Degree in Botany or zoology or Chemistry or Mathematics or Physics with BE.d or Masters Degree in English or political science with BE.d for Lecturer Posts, Post Graduate 2nd Class Degree from a recognized University on specific Subject with minimum 50% marks with BE.d for Post Graduate Teacher(PGT) Posts. Application fee:
Rs.300/- for All Category candidates. The application fee should be deposited through demand draft drawn in favour of “Secretary, Nagaland Public Service Commission, Kohima”, payable at Kohima.

Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected based on performance in Written Examination followed by interview conducted by Nagaland Public Service Commission (NPSC), Kohima.
