Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has published Recruitment Notification 2016 and Advt. No.10/2016.NDA-II. Invited online applications from the eligible  unmarried Male candidates for the Recruitment of National Defence Academy & Naval Academy (II) Examination 2016 for admission to the Army, Navy and Air Force wings of the NDA for the 138th Course, and for the 100th Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC) commencing from 02-07-2017. 410-Vacancy Details of UPSC NDA & NA (II) Exam 2016:

Name of the Post and No. of Vacancies:
1. National Defence Academy=> 355 posts
a. Army=> 208 posts
b. Navy=> 55 posts
c. Air Force=> 92 posts
2. Naval Academy (10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme)=> 55 posts

Educational Qualification:
Applicants those who are applying for these posts should have passed 12th Class of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University for Army Wing of National Defence Academy, for Air Force and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy and for the 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme at the Indian Naval Academy should have passed 12th Class of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics conducted by a State Education Board or a University.

Age Limit:
Applicants those who want to apply for these posts they should born not earlier than 02-01-1998 and not later than 01-01-2001.

Application Fee:
Applicants are required to pay the application fee of Pay Rs.100/- in the shape of Cash in any Branch of SBI or by using net banking facility of State Bank of India/ State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur/ State Bank of Hyderabad/ State Bank of Mysore/ State Bank of Patiala/ State Bank of Travancore or by using any Visa/ Master Credit/ Debit Card. However the application fee will be exempted for SC/ ST candidates and sons of serving/ ex-Junior Commissioned Officers/ Non-Commissioned Officers/ Other Ranks of Army and equivalent ranks in the Indian Navy/ Indian Air Force.

Selection Procedure:
Candidates' selection will be made on the basis of Written Examination, Psychological Aptitude Test, Intelligence & personality test and SSB interview.
