National Green Tribunal (Principal Bench) has published Recruitment Notification 2016 and Notification No. NGT(PB)07/Advt./2014/525 Dated 09/06/2016. Invited applications from the eligible candidates for the recruitment of Assistant (Judicial) and Stenographer in the National Green Tribunal at its Principal Bench at New Delhi and four Zonal Benches at Bhopal, Chennai, Pune and Kolkata. Name of the Posts and No. of  Vacancies :
1.Assistant (Judicial)=> 02 Posts [Gen-01 & OBC-01].
2.Stenographer Grade-II=> 04 posts [Gen-02 & OBC-02].

Age Limit :
1.Assistant (Judicial)=> 21-30 Years.
2.Stenographer Grade-II=>21-27 Years.

Pay Scale :
1.Assistant (Judicial)=> Rs.9,300/- - 34,800/- PB-2 + GP Rs.4,200/-
2.Stenographer Grade-II=> Rs.5,200/- - 20,200/- PB-1 + GP Rs.2,400/-

Educational Qualifications:
Assistant (Judicial) =>
(1) Bachelor's Degree in Law from a recognised university.
(2) Computer Training Course of at least 6 months duration from recognised institution.
(3) Desirable - Preference shall be given to candidates possessing a degree with Environmental Studies or Environment Science as one of the subject; or Having 2 years working experience in the field of environment in a Government Office or Public Sector Undertaking or autonomous body or statutory body.
Steno Grade-II =>
(1) Matric with 12th class pass from a recognized Board.
(2) Skill Test Norms: Dictation - 10 mts @ 80 w.p.m. Transcription - 50 mts (Eng.) (on computer).

Selection Process: Interview.

The completed applications (Prescribed format) may be sent to the REGISTRAR GENERAL, NATIONAL GREEN TRIBUNAL, FARIDKOT HOUSE, COPERNICUS MARG, NEW DELHI-110001 in a closed envelop with the words "Application for the post of Assistant (Judicial) or Stenographer Grade-II", as the case may be , written on top of it, so as to reach by 15/07/2016 positively. Separate application may be submitted for each post applied for.
